Registration is now open for our 2020-2021 classes that begin on August 31st, 2020!  Our classes will look a little bit different this year, but we are still offering all of the tumbling fun you are used to!  Below are some frequently asked questions about fall registration and some additional covid-19 information that we hope you’ll find helpful.  To register for classes, you can click on the link below!

Q: What extra precautions are taking to ensure the health of the children with covid-19?
A: We will only be having 1 class in the gym at a time this year as opposed to the 3 we used to have.  There is also now 15 minutes in between each class to allow for our staff to sanitize the mats and equipment.  There will be a maximum of 12 kids in the class at a time to allow for social distancing and there are 2 coaches for the class.  Our coaches are wearing masks while they coach and temperatures are being taken of all staff and children as they enter the facility.  We are having the kids use hand sanitizer upon entering the gym as well as when the exit.  Our water fountains are close and we are asking that the kids bring their own water bottles.  We are also asking spectators to remain at the tables outside in the hallway so that they can still watch their children but are not all gathering in the lobby.

Q: What will I be charged for upon enrolling for class?
A: There is an annual $40 registration fee per family. You will be charged the registration fee along with 1 week of class tuition for the first week of classes. This payment reserves your spot in class. The tuition fee varies by class. For example, if you choose to enroll in Green Tumbling, you will be charged $40 + $22.25 (1 week of class) for a total of $62.25. The next tuition payment will not be due until September 1st, which will be the full tuition price.  A schedule of monthly payments will be handed out the 1st week of classes that outlines the 4 weeks each month’s tuition pays for.

Q: I’m already enrolled in class right now, do I need to re-enroll?
A: YES!  Our session changes and therefore our liability forms and other waivers do as well.  You will need to re-enroll in order to sign the waivers for the 2020-2021 session.  Current classes end on August 29th!

Q: I am trying to enroll for a preschool class, why does the agreement say the price is $89 per month?
A: All of our classes are $89 per month, excluding Tumble Babies, Tiny Tumblers, Kinder Tumblers, and Stars Team.  Unfortunately the price in the fine print of the agreement cannot be changed.  If you are enrolled in Tumble Babies, Tiny Tumblers, Kinder Tumblers, or Stars Team, you will NOT be charged $89 per month. These classes’ prices are $45, $55, $65, and $160 per month, respectively, and you will only be charged this amount.

Q: Do I have to stay enrolled the entire year? What if I just want my child to take class for a few months?
A: No! Our 2020-2021 session will go from August 2020-August 2021, but you are not obligated to stay this long.  HOWEVER, per our cancellation policy, we must know by the 5th of the month prior to if you wish to cancel (approx. 25 days).  If you do not let us know by the 5th that you wish to drop, you will be charged for the following month.

Q: Does your facility offer any discounts?
A: Yes! We offer a $10 multi-class and multi-sibling discount (i.e. $10 off tuition for a second class added, or $10 off tuition for a second child taking class). These discounts exclude Stars Team, Tumble Babies, Tiny Tumblers, and Kinder Tumblers.
